We’ve had CMS handle all our building needs as they arise over the past 9 years. All I have to do is call and let them know what I need, when I need it and they get it done. Our hotel is older and sometimes needs some delicate care, and they do a great job with it. They are also able to cover all our vacation times for our lobby staff and doormen. It’s an easy, quick call and I know they will take care of it all for me.
